Jacci and Sana are amazing! I have used Jacci as my realtor twice in Denver, and it was a wonderful experience both times. She asks all the right questions, really works to understand her buyer, provides the best advice, and truly looks out for you as a person. She is uber responsive. Her experience speaks for itself. She continues to provide us with recommendations for vendors for home improvement even after closing. Several of my friends have used Jacci as well, and everyone raves about how fantastic she is.

Jacci is fantastic, she was recommended to us from a friend when we were buying our first home and then we just worked with her again to sell that home and buy our new home in this crazy market. She is professional, yet personable and genuinely cares about her clients and is an expert in this field.

She is super responsive, patient (she literally drove anywhere we wanted to see.a house which was like a 40 mile radius), and will not push you to do something you're not comfortable with. From both the buying and selling standpoint, she is always your advocate!

Jacci was amazing from the very first interaction with us. She reached out to us immediately upon learning of our move and stayed in CONSTANT contact with us all the way through and past the closing of our new home. Communication and professional service will be the theme in this review.

Before our first meeting, she listened to what we thought were our purchasing guidelines. Being new to Colorado, she did not judge what we were saying, just listened. On our first day of searching, she showed us homes based on our initial criteria, but I quickly learned she was listening to our comments which greatly narrowed our search moving forward.

On the 2nd round of showings, she had an exact game plan on where to look and what to look at. Within the day, she has us on point for the house we were describing. She spent a considerable amount of time framing up an offer based on her experience (we had no clue) in order to be the buyer of choice. Her work resulted in the exact offer. Amazing.

From there, she helped us in every step of the buying process and promptly responded to the many e-mails and texts we sent her way. She helped us with financing, lining up painting and cleaning services, giving us advice on inspection items, things to ask for / not ask for in the house, etc. I could go on and on about her advice and recommendations. Every single one of her recommendations have been spot on and turned a very tense / nervous process for us into an enjoyable home buying experience.

Jacci is a true professional in every sense of the word. I would recommend her to anybody who wants someone working very hard to find you the right home in a competitive market, someone who listens to you vs. just trying to sell you any house, someone who communicates continuously through the buying process, and someone you end up considering a friend at the end.
