Jack Baboudjian

Jack Baboudjian is an innovator, with uncompromising real estate instincts, who has led Baboudjian Investments to new grounds. Jack has been engaged in the business of real estate for well over a decade, and as a principal member of Baboudjian Investments, he works to expand the company’s real estate portfolio. Jack’s extensive real estate investment experience, coupled with asset management, deal evaluation and analysis, management, leasing, and operational control, attributes to Baboudjian Investments growing its holdings year over year.

Prior to the division of Baboudjian Investments, Jack founded Baboudjian Properties, the on-going property management arm of the Baboudjian organizations, overseeing the management of over 100 properties. Jack has also attributed to the growth of various companies, when previously working at Jones Lang LaSalle, Grant Thornton, and CIM Group.

Jack received two Bachelor Degrees in Business Administration and Accounting, from the University of Southern California. Jack holds a Real Estate Broker License from the State of California and an Entrepreneurial Certificate from the Lloyd Greif Center of Entrepreneurial Studies.
