My career in real estate started in 1972, in Morro Bay, at 798 Morro Bay Blvd. After a very successful sales career, I as able to buy the building in 1976. Since then, we've listed, sold, and managed thousands of properties over all these years. We've managed up to 4 branch offices in the County and trained over 165 agents. I personally have sold all types of residential homes, oceanfronts, condos, apartments, motels, ranches, new developments, subdivisions, and business opportunities through our real estate division, and managed over 350 properties through our property management division. I'm a Past President of the Scenic Coast Board of Realtors, and Past Director of the California Association of Realtors. I am a Founding Member of the National Association of Property Managers, and the National Mortgage Institute. I attended the College of Sequoia in Visalia, Ca out of Delano High School in 1961, and Cuesta College night school in San Luis Obispo 1973, 1974 to earn my Real Estate Brokers license in 1975.
