Jack Levine

Active in South Florida real estate for the past 52 years, Jack H. Levine is broker and president of Levine Realty Inc. and owner of Levine Properties. Levine handles the day-to-day management of his firm as well as managing his investment properties throughout Florida. He is also a State of Florida Certified General Contractor.

Levine was the 2011 Chairman of the Board of the Miami Association of Realtors, currently representing nearly 60,000 Realtors in Miami-Dade, Broward and Palm Beach counties. Subsequently, he was the Treasurer of the Miami Association and is currently a trustee of the Miami Realtors PAC. Levine has been recognized as an RPAC Major Investor since 2003. In 2023, he became the Miami Association’s first Platinum R, its highest level, and in 2024 was inducted into the RPAC Hall of Fame of the National Association of Realtors. Levine is known for his dedication to the real estate industry and his wide range of community involvement. As a real estate broker and instructor, he is committed to assisting professionals to achieve three top goals – service, knowledge and professionalism.

Levine was recognized as Realtor of the Year in 2006 and 2010 by the Miami Association of Realtors and was the recipient of the 2011 Distinguished Leadership Award and the 2014 Lifetime Achievement Award. In addition, he received the Association’s 2018 Advocate of the Year Award and was also awarded the Association’s 2019 Lifetime Leadership Award. For nearly two decades, he was a Director of the Florida Realtors and National Association of Realtors. Levine is also a Life Member of the American Society of Civil Engineers and a member of Tau Beta Pi, the National Engineering Honorary. He is a long-time member of the University of Miami Citizens Board and past Treasurer of the Greater Miami Jewish Federation. Levine has also served on the School Site Planning and Construction Committee of Miami-Dade County Public Schools.

A native of Coral Gables, Levine enrolled at the University of Miami on an Early Admissions Scholarship at the age of 16 and received a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering – Cum Laude in 1973. He and his wife, Susana, have four children and one granddaughter.
