About Jack

Jack is a partner in The Sarsen Team at Compass; one-half of a multi-generational mother-son team that, in March 2018, joined Compass as the first founding team based in Connecticut. The Sarsen Team has closed over $1.3 billion in real estate transactions and is regularly ranked among America's best teams by Real Trends for sales volume.

As an area resident for over 40 years, Jack offers an unparalleled understanding of the market from a current and historical perspective. His knowledge, experience, and confident guidance inspire absolute trust among his loyal clientele. Jack moved to Greenwich at ten after living in Tokyo, Japan, and Toronto, Ontario, Canada. He has spent most of his life in and around the tri-state area, attending the Greenwich public schools and subsequently earning a BBA from Roanoke College.

Before real estate, Jack held account management roles at top NYC Ad Agencies Ogilvy & Mather and Grey. Subsequently, he held executive-level marketing, business development positions at Gartner and Wolters Kluwer. These experiences help Jack bring strategic vision, creative problem-solving skills, digital marketing expertise, and an engaging personal style to every real estate deal. Jack is licensed in both Connecticut and New York and is a member of the Compass Sports and Entertainment Division.
