Jack was born and raised on a farm in Nebraska, learning from age 5 about strong work ethic. His first 35-year career was with the Internal Revenue Service, the last 17 years as a Senior Executive. Jack received the Presidential Rank Award from President George W. Bush. After retiring from the IRS, Jack decided to put his experience and real-life lessons from 11 corporate moves and relocations with the IRS in the field of real estate. In Jack’s 22 years as a Realtor/Team Leader, he has helped thousands of families in NW Ohio and continues to strive to be the very best! The biggest testimony to Jack's success is the repeat and referral clients that his business has been built upon! Jack’s federal tax knowledge, management experience and negotiation skills are only a few of the values he brings to his real estate clients. Jack hosted “Real Estate Made Easy”, a Live Call-In Radio Show concerning all aspects of real estate, on AM 1370 WSPD, for nearly a decade. Jack has been married for 57 years, is Father to 3 grown children and Papa to 6 grandchildren. In his spare time, Jack enjoys boating, jetskiing & snowmobiling at his Wampler’s Lake home. Jack’s passion outside of real estate is Mustangs! He enjoys driving his cars, especially at MIS racetrack, and attending car shows.
