Jack Scurfield

Jack is a Sacramento native raised in an environment of commercial real estate investing, development and property management. He literally eats, sleeps and drinks commercial real estate (along with the occasional IPA). Coming from a family with a history of real estate development in the Sacramento area, fueling the growth of this city while successfully navigating client real estate investments is in his blood. As a result of his heritage, he developed an understanding and appreciation for real return on investment and witnessed firsthand the value Turton Commercial Real Estate brought to their family as investors. He now provides this same service to you with a determination to exceed your expectations.

Soon to be fresh out of college (May 2021) with a B.S. in Business Administration and Entrepreneurship from Sacramento State, he is eager to provide his clients with analytical skills to make calculated decisions and entrepreneurial thinking to form creative solutions. His love for this city has developed exponentially over the years and he is proud of the continuous growth that his hometown nurtures. It is Jack's desire to continue to help plant the seeds of growth in the formerly dubbed “City of Trees”.
