Jack has been in commercial real estate since 1999. He is a licensed broker in both Florida and Wisconsin. He has previously held brokerage positions with commercial real estate firms such as Herring & Company (Lakeland, FL) and Waller Realty (Lakeland, FL). Jack has also had the opportunity to serve as CEO of Keller Williams Realty of Polk (Lakeland, FL), managing a real estate team of over 250 agents. He is currently Vice President of commercial real estate with Hometown Realty Group out of Eau Claire, WI, serving Chippewa Valley and surrounding areas.
Jack has handled all asset classes of commercial real estate and provided brokerage services for tenants, landlords, buyers, and sellers. His CCIM and CPM designations add to his ability to guide and help all parties through any real estate transaction.
In Florida he gives back to the community through a variety of local organizations including; Lakeland Association of Realtors, volunteer; IREM, Income & Expense Committee chair. Tri-County Human Services Foundation, Treasurer. Past services include: Tri-County Human Services, Treasurer; Platform art, board of directors; Lakeland Rotary South, volunteer with the Lakeland Downtown Partnership. Polk County Builders Association Foundation, board member; Leadership Lakeland, Class XXVIII; Radio Host, “Homes & Loans”, WLKF 1430AM; Junior Achievement, volunteer teacher; and Noah’s Ark, board of directors.
Jack continues to be heavily involved in both the brokerage communities of Central Florida, Chippewa Valley and their surrounding areas. He is an active member of the Institute of Real Estate (IREM) Chapter 44, and also CCIM’s West Coast Chapter.
Jack is married to his wife, Toni and together they have four children and four grand children. They live and work in both Lakeland, Florida and Chippewa Falls, WI.
