Ms. Apigo did an amazing job selling our home. We missed the insanity of the hot sellers market as the feds started increasing interest rates and selling got tougher every day...I began to lose hope, she did not. She overcame every obsticle that popped up and sold our house literally days before our new home was complete. I truly believe there are realtors that list properties and realtors that SELL properties. If Ms. Apigo is your realtor...get packing...cause youre moving.

I cannot give enough praise to Jackie! She is extraordinary in every way, and she is everything you want in a real estate agent. She helped my husband and I sell an estate, and she did most of the leg work for us that wasn't done correctly in the first place. She was quick to respond and worked hard to make sure every step was explained. She was absolutely a blessing in our life and would 100% recommend her over any other agent I have worked with.

Jackie is an absolute gem of a human being. When my grandparents were ready to sell their home, they asked me to find an agent in Clarkesville. After looking at a few of her glowing reviews, I gave them her name. She 100% lived up to her reputation.

When I say Jackie went above and beyond to help my grandparents, I can't even tell you the lengths she went to help my family. We had a lot of extensive paperwork and complicated things on our side and she navigated it with ease. She was able to get top dollar for their property and make the transaction feel as smooth as possible.

Such a kind and caring soul, she truly cares about the people she works with. My family all raves about how wonderful she is. I highly recommend her services.

Jackie was a top level agent for me and my family after the loss of my mother. She went far above and beyond, even doing background work and research before we had signed on with her. She was always available to us and responded extremely fast to any questions or concerns we had. The photographer she provided was fantastic. The images they captured made the property look amazing and Jackie’s description was terrific. We had a signed contract on the sixth day after listing. In short, Jackie was a fantastic realtor and I couldn’t recommend her enough. Thank you Jackie!

Jackie was an incredible agent. She actually reached out to me about a property even though I had not signed up with her exclusively. I looked at a prior property that ended up in disappointment and she went above and beyond with not only that one, but then found a much better match and did the same again.

She was never pushy, as many agents can be, and I never got the feel that she was in it for a quick commission, but that she truly wanted happy buyers & sellers. We had a few difficult issues to work through during the due diligence & closing process and she was very patient and even took on tasks most agents would not worry with. She always kept her cool and reassured in times that were very stressful.

If you want a very knowledgable, fair and honest agent you need to call her. She found me my lifelong dream property in the worst time and market imaginable... and I will always be extremely grateful to her.

Jackie was amazing throughout the entire process. I didn’t have an agent of my own but Jackie treated me as if I had hired her to represent me. Several times during the due diligence I had questions that she was more than willing to answer and even had to file for an extension which she handled for me without hesitation. I would highly recommend her for any real estate transaction.

Question, how many houses does it take to find the right realtor? Well for us it was only one, but with 4 separate sales and purchases later, Jackie has proven herself everytime to be the right choice. From her industry knowledge, due diligence in servicing her clients needs and all the communication in between. Jackie has always made herself availiable and will always listen to your needs while being honest and forthright in her advice. I being looking for a property in the mountains for a long time , lots of dissatisfaction and disappointments when contacting realtors and asking them to provide basic important information, no calls back , not info provided etc. I realized most of them are only behind the big sales ,I realize I was in my own, Specially when buying a small lot
Jackie Apigo responded In a snap, showed me the property in person right away, provided me with all information that I required , contacted perk test company for me and she made sure that closing was easy and smooth .
I can only provide 5 stars to Jackie but I will give her 10 stars no doubt.

Jackie is AMAZING! I was an out-of-town seller for my dad's house in Cornelia and someone just passed her name on to me. She was able to meet with me on short notice to review the house and develop a plan to sell it. It took us a couple weeks and several 30-yd dumpster loads before we could list it, and Jackie stopped by on several occasions, helping us to unpack the house. After we cleared out the house, I headed back home to St Louis and that is when Jackie really began to shine.
There were some repairs needed and a good cleaning inside and out. She had contacts in every trade we needed, arranging for the estimates, scheduling, and payment. She let everyone inside, reviewed their work (sending me pictures to approve), and worked with me to arrange payments. The work performed was very good and the prices were surprising low.
There were a couple of large pieces of furniture that we did not want to move so we sold them on Craigslist. Jackie met the buyers out at the house on a Saturday night, helped them load up the pieces, and collected the payment for me.
In terms of actually selling the house, she had professional pictures taken and a video made as she put it up on several websites. She gave me sometimes daily updates on the number of people touring the house and their feedback, as well as the number of visits on the website. Once we were under contract with a buyer, she kept me updated the entire time, letting me know when the buyer had inspections, appraisals, loan approval, etc...
I could go on and on about other things she did for me that were a huge help since I was not local, but suffice it to say, she did far more than I would have ever expected a real estate agent to do.
If you are in the market, I would pick Jackie hands down.

Having the right agent at the right time is critical component in any real estate transaction. Jackie was the right agent at the right time for me and my family. We recently had to deal with the death of my mom... after the emotional dust had settled we had to deal with the business side of handling her estate. This involved selling her home. I live over five hours away and found this task emotionally draining and daunting. Jackie was a Godsend! She handled this task with the utmost care and concern. This wasn't just another transaction to her, but a time to help a family heal and move on. Regardless of the time or situation of life you might find yourself in Jackie can be the agent at the right time for you as well.

We are so glad we found Jackie back in 2014 when we were looking for our first house. She didn't know us from Adam and yet treated us as though we were family. She answered all of our questions (there was a lot), she has the patients of Job, no pressure, no nonsense, straight shooter and she will make every effort to show properties at your convenience. Jackie is not only the best realtor, she is one of the best people I know. If you are looking to buy Jackie is your gal. She will be there every step of the way. She sold us our house and when it was time to sell we called Jackie again. The house sold in just a couple days. We were on vacation and Jackie handled everything beautifully.
