The special thing about moving into Real estate as a career is that has made it possible for me to concentrate my business efforts locally in, San Gabriel Valley, the community that I love.

Since my husband and I opening Southland Properties in 1987 and going to work with the best and most knowledgeable Realtors in the business, our business has grown substantially. Southland and our agents have always had a special relationship as everyone works together in the best interest of our clients no matter whose client we’re helping. Southland was started as a “Family Business” and remains so today.

Southland Properties is now one of the most productive offices in the San Gabriel Valley and has been the number 1 office in Glendora and Azusa for the last 3 years. While the Real Estate Market seemed to be collapsing around us as other offices were closing or cutting back and losing agents, Southland Properties continued to thrive. While in business since 1987 Southland Properties had record years in 2006, 2007, 2008, 2009 and again in 2010. While 2011 finally caught up with us and even though we didn’t break our 2010 record, we continued to be the top office in the area and only missed another record year by 4 transactions. 2018 started off with a bang and at this rate, looks to be another record year is in the works.
