About Jacob

Jacob and his wife Katie live in Seneca, MO with their one-and-a-half-year-old son Tucker; who keeps them in shape and up to date with all the latest household child safety products.

He was fortunate to be raised on a working farm in Southwest Missouri, where he quickly realized that his passion is deeply rooted in the outdoors. Whether it be hunting, fishing, working cattle, running a tractor or just a simple adventure with the family, Jacob finds his greatest moments of joy while out enjoying what God has been so gracious to create for us. It is this passion for the outdoors that drove him to attain a Bachelor’s Degree in Field & Environmental Biology from Pittsburg State University. Since graduating he has been an active volunteer with the USFWS working alongside individuals responsible for the annual rearing of nearly a million Rainbow Trout that are stocked into Lake Taneycomo in Branson, MO for the enjoyment of anglers and enthusiasts alike.

He stepped down from his full-time position of Business Manager of Arrow Express Inc., an independent service provider for FedEx Ground, to step into his full-time career as a Land Agent for Ary Land Co. It is Jacob's personal mission to utilize his knowledge of land and the environmental factors that affect its success and value in order to provide a joyful and stress-free service to clients while remaining professional and understanding of the processes that motivate the buyers and sellers that he is so fortunate to represent.
