As a Richmond area local and an experienced Real Estate Appraiser, Jacob is the market expert you want on your side. Jacob grew up in Chesterfield County and went to James River High School. He later attended Randolph-Macon College in Ashland, Virginia where he played four years of college football and graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business and Economics. Upon graduation, Jacob worked to become a successful Certified Residential Real Estate Appraiser. He has worked in the Central Virginia market as an appraiser for over a decade and provides valuable insight to the appraisal process. He has the skills and knowledge to successfully lead first-time home buyers through the buying process as well as the confidence to assist even the most experienced home buyer or seller.
