About Jacob

I’m Jacob Foreman and I am a REALTOR with Coldwell Banker Residential Real Estate. I am a family man with a devotion to God, my wife Kate, and two daughters Elise and Caroline.
Prior to my career in Real Estate, I spent 26 years serving to the residents and visitors of the Emerald Coast while working for a Fortune 500 and Fortune 100 company and was responsible for millions of dollars in sales annually. I have volunteered my time to numerous civic and non profit organizations including Habitat for Humanity, United Way of Okaloosa-Walton Counties, Crestview Rotary Club, and the Crestview and Fort Walton Beach Chambers of Commerce.
I understand the value of hard work and the importance of providing premier customer service, good communication, and follow through.
