Jacob Froelich

As a born and raised Minnesotan, Jacob is happy to call Minneapolis his home. Growing up on a lake in northern Minnesota, attending college on the shores of Lake Superior in Duluth and now living just a few blocks west of Lake Harriet in Minneapolis, he can confidently say there is nothing like living on the water's edge. The City of Lakes in the land of 10,000 lakes has been home to Jacob for over 7 years now and the Twin Cities community keeps getting better and better. His love of this city stems from the miles and miles of protected trails circling the lakes, Minnehaha parkway and the various parks across the city. As a self-proclaimed lover of food, it seems there's a never ending list of enchanting new places to try complete with Italian standbys (see Broders & Bar La Grassa) to new and innovative places putting the city on the national food scene map (see Ann Kim's Sooki and Mimi or Sean Sherman's Owamni by The Sioux Chef.)
