Jacob made us feel at ease from the introductory video call, and was very responsive and helpful through closing. In a super competitive market, we made a successful bid on our second attempt with him. He knew the Rockville area really well, and had answers to all our questions about the home buying process. We were also very happy with his referrals for lenders, titling, etc.
