My experience with Jake was nothing but fantastic. He was exceptionally knowledgeable and responsive in any questions I had. From searching for properties to viewing the whole process was absolutely smooth. Jake went above and beyond to find us our dream home and get the deal we wanted. There isn't enough words to describe all the ways Jacob made our home buying experience amazing. We were out of state and he took care of everything as if we were there. I honestly can't thank him enough for the dedication he applied to my home buying needs. If your buying a house in Colorado you need Jacob on your team. From the start to the finish he will be there for you by phone and text and will get you the answers your needing. He's well connected with loan companies that make the buying experience a breeze. This guy treats you like family and looks out for you at every turn. Jake made the process to buying a house 10x easier than I thought. He was always on top of things and I had zero problems come up!! Extremely personable and dude can shred on the mountain! Highly recommend!
