Very happy that I got to work with Jacob during our hunt for houses. My girlfriend and I had been renting an apartment and were ready to put apartment-life behind us. Jacob sent us a number of options, all within our budget and locale. He spent an afternoon showing us many of the properties and always made himself available for questions/guidance once we decided on a home and began the paperwork. We are in love with the new place! He made it super quick and hassle free. If you're looking for houses, Jacob is the guy!

Jake was referred to us by a friend and we are so thankful for him. We were living in NYC but decided to make a move Austin area and decided to buy a house before making the move. Having to have visited Austin just once, we were unfamiliar with the surrounding cities & neighborhoods. Jake was very helpful in guiding us around, explain the different neighborhoods, and provided his knowledge of the areas of interest. We ultimately decided to buy a new construction after Jake took us patiently around to see a lot of options. What we really like about working with Jake is that he’s extremely responsive, always has a contact to help, and reliable. He helped us to follow-up with our builder to get us the credit we requested. Once the house closes, Jake came by to check in on us and gave us a thoughtful housewarming gift. We would recommend Jake to our family & friends. In fact, we did just that who also helped my sister and brother-in-law who live in CA to find their second home! Jake is the sole reason I am now a homeowner. The extreme competitiveness of the market caused me to essentially give-up on my home search. Jake continued to search for me and found a property that we were able to secure. His persistence and creativity put me in a house that I love despite a constrained budget and an insane market.

As a first-time homeowner Jake was the perfect agent- he was patient, responsive, and incredibly conscientious. I felt totally taken care of throughout the entire experience. My texts and phone-calls were always answered promptly, and he would work around my schedule to make showings happen. Once our offer was accepted I felt like there was little I had to do. Jake worked with my lender so that all I had to do was e-sign the occasional document and the rest was taken care of for me. He was essentially my super agent and project manager for the home buying process.

I cannot recommend Jake highly enough, there is not another agent like him. He also happens to be a very likable guy which is quality you want in a person you have multiple conversations with a week. One phone call is enough to know that you want to work with Jake and VIP Realty. 10/10
