Born and raised in Boise, Jake brings a deep knowledge of Idaho and its real estate market to every client he serves. Growing up in the Treasure Valley has given him firsthand insight into the area’s neighborhoods, growth patterns, and hidden opportunities—knowledge that can’t be learned from a map or market report.
Jake prides himself on his strong work ethic and to the point real estate expertise, shaped by a background in construction and generations of family experience in the industry. This foundation allows him to recognize quality, value, and long-term potential in every property.
Outside of real estate, he enjoys mountain biking, skiing, and taking full advantage of Idaho’s outdoor lifestyle—an appreciation for the area that fuels his passion for helping others call it home.
