Jacoba was my real estate agent for the purchase of my first home! I could not have navigated this complicated process without her. She was readily available to answer any questions I had and always so quick to reply. Her experience and knowledge of the real estate business shined when she asked the questions I never would have thought to ask. I was also very impressed by how organized she was in keeping track of all the necessary paperwork, important dates, and appointments that go along with buying a home. Jacoba went out of her way to be on site with me at the house during the inspection and even had referrals for me to consider when scheduling that. She provided a professional but friendly touch to the entire process and made me feel so confident in the decisions I made. I already have recommended Jacoba Mastin as a real estate broker to friends and family of mine and will continue to do so!

I recently contacted Jacoba about buying my first home. As a first time home buyer I am beyond nervous. Jacoba was able to give me great information, directed me to loan officers with good referrals and help me settle my nervous a bit with her gregarious, upbeat attitude. As I navigate through finding/buying my first home especially during these hard times Jacoba will definitely be by my side!
