Jacque Wiest

Jacque Wiest has been a licensed full-time Realtor since 2014. She collaborates with her husband, Steve, on The Wiest Team. Together, they have doubled their production year after year since they began. For the last decade, the Wiests have specialized in Residential Property Development, from renovation and restoration to new construction. Jacque brings a unique perspective to both buyers and sellers because she understands real estate from each step of the process: sourcing property, collaborating with builders to obtain plans and secure permits, architecture, inspections, and marketing of properties.

This experience allows Jacque to excel at every level of the real estate transaction. Jacque is extremely results oriented and is enthusiastic about the work she does for clients. Known for her contagious personality, her honesty, and her work ethic, Jacque also has a reputation for dedication to her clients and responding to their needs, questions, and concerns. The Wiests are highly active in their community of Safety Harbor, FL, and support Veterans Assistance in the Tampa Bay area. Jacque serves as the Chairman of the Public Relations committee for The American Legion Auxiliary Post #238. She is also an avid gardener and loves her orchids. Before she begins her client calls, she can be found exercising or doing yoga most mornings.
