I grew up in Elmira and have lived here my whole life. I began my Real Estate career in 2011 with RealtyUSA and now have the pleasure of working for the premier Real Estate Broker in this area, Howard Hanna Real Estate Services As a lifelong resident of the community I am well known and have an extensive network of personal and professional relationships which enables me to bring a personal "hometown girl" touch to my real estate transactions. This has served me well in helping people sell their homes or buy new ones. I am very accessible to my clients and committed to being very responsive to their needs. It's all about the service!! It is very important to me to keep in contact with my clients throughout the process. My counseling background enables me to be very responsive to people who are undertaking major life changes when selling or buying homes. I am a landlord and am experienced in the buying and selling and marketing of income property. I also work in listing rental properties for rent and helping landlords to find good tenants. I have a sincere interest in the community and am very active in local activities and events. I graduated from Southside High School in 1971 I received a BA degree in Social studies Education and Sociology at SUNY Cortland. I have an MS in School Counseling and worked as a School Counselor in Corning PP School District and Elmira City School District, The last seven years of my career I was a Guidance Counselor at Notre Dame High School. I am a very social person and a familiar face in the community. Integrity and professionalism have been hallmarks of my career throughout my life and remain a top priority for me. I am a very outgoing, social person so being a Real Estate agent is a perfect fit for me. Real Estate transactions can be very emotional and stressful. Making the transactions go smoothly and using my years of experience and knowledge to assist you through the process are my top priority. It is so rewarding to help someone buy their first home or help someone settle the estate of their parents or help you find that new home as you start a family or retire and downsize or relocate to the area.
