I am writing to express my deep and sincerest appreciation for the best realtor, Mrs. Jacqueline Battle, with Leading Edge Real Estate. Jacqueline represented my family in our recent purchase of a single- family home. Although this was an extensive process, we can now say that we are finally homeowners!

Jacqueline has been of great assistance to us during this process, she provides a homeownership plan that guides us thoroughly every step of the way. Additionally, Jacqueline helped us through this process from the beginning, to include the loan prequalification, searching for the right home, making offers, and finally the end, closing the deal. Now, after we have closed the deal, she is still guiding us through the process of registering the home and what to expect moving forward. This process was executed based on my wants and it was customized for us because of the design of her homeownership program.

Jacqueline and I met on a weekly basis via ZOOM to review the process and take note of any future steps needed to build the search for my new home. Anytime I had questions or was uncertain about the process, Jacqueline made herself available, which built my confidence during the process. Jacqueline knows the housing market to no end and my family could not have found a better purchase without her. It was evident that she is well experienced in the home buying process and with over 30+ years of experience, I knew that she was the right realtor for me. She is very knowledgeable of real estate financing and the various support that may be offered for first time buyers, sellers, or those looking to purchase more properties.

This was a very emotional process for me as I invested in a home that would be for my family. In the past, I have been uncertain of what to do and who to choose as my agent, but I knew right away that she was the one. Jacqueline was extremely professional and took careful notes on the preferences of my home, and she found me the ideal home. It was almost too good to be true. The home is newly renovated, spacious floor plan, beautiful well-lit kitchen, 3 rooms and 1 ¾ baths, a screened in back porch, a single car garage attached to the home, and a detached double car garage with an 18-foot ceiling is also a part of the property along with some land. This process was thorough but was all worth the wait. Amazingly enough, Jacqueline stayed with me through the closing process and even after to ensure that I am aware of what a homeowner should look for regarding upkeep and preparatory work that should be done prior to moving in the home.

Jacqueline is an eloquent representation of a realtor who has an accurate homeownership plan customized to each individual needs and preferences.
