Jacqui was incredible through the whole process. She listened to my husband and I about our needs for a home and worked tirelessly to find one that met essentially all our needs. She was transparent and open about every aspect of the process and, in the end, finished the deal by helping us close on our first house. I would highly recommend Jacqui for buying or selling a home in the greater Denver area.

It’s hard to put into words just how amazing Jacqui is a a realtor and as a person! She was so patient, easy to talk to and always looked out for our best interest. We enjoyed our times talking, laughing…oh and looking at houses too! She was always there to help us and answer questions. We love the fact that she participates in Homes for Heroes and all that entails-it’s wonderful that she gives back to those who serve!

As first time home buyers (particularly in the current housing market!), to say we were intimidated is a complete understatement. Jacqui was recommended to me by my parents, and now I recommend her to everyone I know who might be in the market for a new home. She was available for us at any time of the day or night and went so far above and beyond what we expected from our realtor. Not only was she willing to work around our tricky work schedules, she was also more than willing to show us the same home twice if needed! She remembered exactly what we did and did not like about each home and made every effort possible to find us a home that met our needs. She was there for us every step of the way and assisted us (and even our seller!) with every single thing we could need. I very highly recommend Jacqui for anyone in the search for a new home! She truly made us feel like our search for a home was her top priority, and I truly believe we would not have found a beautiful home without her assistance.

Jacqui was amazing to work with! We were relocating from CA to CO. Prior to our visit to your homes and neighborhoods received regular updates of new houses on the market. When we came out to tour homes she was very familiar with all the cities and neighborhoods we were interested in. She is extremely knowledgeable regarding all things real estate and could answer all my questions. She’s extremely organized and prepared! Jacqui knew schools were important to us and provided us info on local schools.
After spending 2 days with me she knew what my preferences were on homes. Jacqui knew what floors, cabinets, colors, yard style
I preferred, and even what minor details were important to me.
I ended up flying home after our weekend tour of the southern Denver metro area narrowing down our search to a few neighborhoods. Jacqui worked diligently to find us a home before our home sale was complete, and before school registration .. She ended up finding us our PERFECT home and was able to get us a great deal- UNDER asking price in an extremely competitive market for buyers. We bought our house sight unseen because it was clear Jacqui knew exactly what we wanted and I trusted that she had our best interest in mind.

Could not have hoped for a better person to guide us through the process of purchasing a new home. She was able to remove the stresses that would keep a person up at night. Not only did she help us find our home, she made the whole experience enjoyable.
