Jacqueline Davis

Jacqueline Davis with Jacqueline & Company has been brokered with Winhill Advisors Kirby for over five years, where she specializes in first time home buyers and the greater Heights and surrounding areas of Houston. She hosts first time home buyer seminars and one-on-one consultations as a service to her clients. Growing up in Galveston as a child, Jacqueline fell in love with real estate as her father restores historical buildings for a living. Owning and restoring a historical home in the Heights was her dream that she made come true in 2022.

Jacqueline was a Cum Laude graduate of Texas State University, where she majored in broadcast journalism. Having an education in marketing as well as a television background separates her from her competition. Strong video and print marketing is what Jacqueline provides to all of her clients.

Being involved in Houston and giving back to the community are important to Jacqueline, as she was Miss Galveston 2015 and Miss Harris County USA in 2018. Jacqueline also danced for the Houston Rockets as a Clutch City Dancer from 2021-2022. She is an active member of the Greater Heights Chamber of Commerce, serving in the Ladies in Action Committee, promoting and advocating for women in business and service in the Heights community.

Jacqueline is passionate about assisting home buyers and home sellers, whether it's educating them on their first home purchase, or guiding them through the sale of their home or investment property. Providing education, adding value, and setting expectations is always on Jacqueline's agenda.
