This past February we asked Jacqueline Gillman to check out Condominiums at the Weston 55 and older community, "The Palms." It did not take a week and Jackie had lined up a half dozen apartments that met our criteria. The following week we fell in love with the first apartment visited, although, we checked them all out. Then came Covid 19 and rather than lose our dream home, she finalized an advantageous deal. Problem #2 was selling our home for our price. Jackie was right on top of it by staging our house and making a video. Even during the Pandemic she was able to attract buyers. One actually put down a deposit, but stipulated he must sell his home first. Jackie and her selected attorney, Adam Zipper, created a great contract, which protected our interests. The end result was we closed, as did our buyer, only one month apart. Jacqueline Gillman and her team did all the heavy lifting, as we sat back and enjoyed the easiest move we ever made. This was as a result of their experience, knowledge, good common sense and communication skills . We are now basking in our condo, with a documented $20,000 view, all due to Jackie. Thank you!
