Jacque Johnson made a career change from nursing, after working in Oral Surgery administering office anesthesia for twenty-five years. In 2002 she transitioned into the real estate industry. Her caregiving skills have served her well in real estate. She holds several real estate designations to effectively work with a wide variety of clients (CRS, ABR, CLHMS, SRES, SFR). She achieved her Broker’s license in 2006. Also, she received the Distinguished Sales Award in 2004 and has been appointed with the Realtor Service Award, 2004 -2013. Jacque specializes in luxury properties in Wexford and Leamington Plantation along with homes, villas and lots in the Hilton Head Island area. Jacque spent most of her life along the shores of New Jersey before moving full time to Hilton Head Island in1996. She and her husband, Tim have been property owners on the island since 1984 starting with ownership of a Shipyard villa. She and her husband live in Wexford Plantation and have two sons who work and live in Southern California. Like their parents, they live close to the beach and enjoy the Southern California lifestyle. Jacque maintains her optimism and energy by staying active and volunteering in the community. She has served as a board member of the Hilton Head Island Boys & Girls Club for over fourteen years and serves on the Club’s Gala Committee for its major fundraiser each year. Jacque continues to apply her nursing skills by volunteering at the local Volunteers in Medicine clinic. She was also involved in implementing the island’s Community Thanksgiving Day dinner which continues to be delivered today as it was fourteen years ago. She volunteers within her community at Wexford and at community events associated with the Hilton Head Area Association of Realtors. She and her husband attend and volunteer at St Andrews by the Sea United Methodist Church. Jacque and her husband enjoy all that Hilton Head Island has to offer but relish the island’s connection to their love of boating and running most of all.
