I wasn't exactly sure what realtors did until I met Jackie. She sold our home at a fair price within three days of listing. She did it through hard work which included great arial photos, preparing our listing, directing the staging, doing a coming soon listing, working with other agents and most importantly, communicating everything to everybody in a timely manner. She is well aware of the Sussex County real estate market and can advise you well whether you're buying or selling.

Jacqueline was so helpful in finding a home for our daughter who spontaneously moved from Texas in the midst of the pandemic. Jacqueline was quick to find properties to choose from and quickly scheduled virtual showings. Jacqueline was instrumental in using internal resources (e.g., legal counsel) and external resources (mortgage specialists) to get the deal closed quickly. Jacqueline continues to check in to see how things are going with our daughter's new home. We are all blessed to have had Jacqueline working for us. It made a very stressful time in our lives exciting.
