As a first-time home buyer I had done some research beforehand but was really grateful for having met this amazing human being. The process went so smoothly and she was an absolute pleasure to work with. It wasnt an easy journey but overall she made it seem so easy. Straight forward detailed oriented and to the point of every step required. She was very knowledgeable about the process and was a great resource. She offered her opinion when I asked and helped me to consider things I hadn’t thought of. In the future, searching for another realtor/real estate company is not an option. I can’t speak highly enough of Jacqueline Rivera (Exit Realty Group) as our real estate agent. Her knowledge, professionalism, honesty, integrity and hard work ethics are hard to come by. She was very appreciated and respectful to all my last minute changes and questions. She is detail oriented, honest and great with my family. On top of all this she spoke to us in English meaning as a first time home buyer she explained every step so we can understand and learn for our future buys. She juggled the sale of my current house with the purchases of my new homes (One more to come). We will Highly recommend her to family and friends.

I purchased a 2 family house in the Bronx, and had never dealt with city programs before, but thought it would be the best way to go. Jacqueline went out of her way to make the whole process go seamlessly. Meeting up with prospective tenants who weren't tech savvy to get all the paperwork filled out, doing all the leg work to bring only the best options for me to choose from. Once I selected the tenants for both apartments, she handled all the dealings with the city programs, even going so far as to help me ensure that the apartments would meet the program guidelines. All I had to do was sign whatever she sent me, as she was on top of every detail.

She helped turn a scary experience into a great experience with her calm and patient approach to getting it all done. AND my tenants are amazing!
