Keith and Jaden were agents for sale of a condominium recently. Pricewise, it was on the low end of the spectrum, but that did not detract from their efforts on, and attention to, the project. Keith has a wealth of knowledge, which helped me dramatically:
1. He made recommendations on which fixup items to address, and which to skip. He has a long list of cost-effective subcontractors; for example, his recommended carpet replacement crew did a great job for substantially less than the standard commercial businesses would have charged.
2. He negotiated a somewhat tricky purchase offer in a manner that was fair, but did not down-weight my interests.
3. Throughout, he was available to address questions and to see that the details were taken care of.
I strongly recommend them if you are looking for an agent in their jurisdiction.

I just bought my first home with Jaden and Keith and I am so happy I went with them! They made the somewhat overwhelming process fun and easy. Jaden's vibrant, warm energy brought so much excitement to the process and I always felt reassured and supported by her. The communication from them was top tier; anytime I was confused about something and reached out, Jaden would respond quickly and effectively. Her knowledge on real estate comforted me as she steered me in the right direction to find a home I love so much! Now I have a realtor I can confidently recommend to my friends, and hopefully in the future, I will once again be a client! Jaden is simply the best.
