Jaden is extremely self motivated and supportive agent. He is always willing to go see a house and has a great sense on the pulse of the market. He will make the time to travel far and wide for you, as he has done with us. We were looking at homes all around the greater Seattle area.

When we found the home we wanted; he successfully helped us negotiate over 10% off of a Sellers asking price, even in the current market environment. This was our second home purchase with Jaden and highly recommend him as an agent. The first one was the same story as the second.

He has a solid understanding of writing clauses that helped ensure the buyer repaired or replaced items of concern on the home. He takes it on himself to follow up and kept us updated throughout the buying process.

Lastly, he went above and beyond and supported us with contractor recommendations, giving us rental tips, and being an ear to bounce thoughts off of. We highly recommend him.

Jaden Zugel worked with me and my husband for 6 months to find a home we could afford. He never pressured us but instead was available to answer our questions and research information about the different homes we were interested in. After making several offers on different homes he was instrumental in negotiating our final purchase. We appreciate how much easier Jaden made our home buying experience..
