I absolutely loved working with Jahmar! I am a truck driver so I'm gone alot.... he would go to properties I liked and would go see them while I was out on the road and he would video chat me to show me the homes! He was also absolutely amazing with my kids.... they actually talk about how much they miss seeing him since I found me home and they don't get to see him all the time anymore! Lol I would absolutely recommend him!

Jahmar is a badass realtor who truly looks out for you and your best interest!! We moved from a different state and had a very small window of time to look/buy a home. He was very helpful in being honest and open in his opinions on certain homes, ultimately saving us our time and efforts. Being a first time home buyer I knew it would be important to have the right realtor and I am glad I went with Jahmar. He has a good eye and was able to point out potential issues and benefits of the houses we walked through. I had Jahmar driving all around Cincinnati to look at houses and never once did he make me feel pressured to put an offer in. When it was time to put in my offers he was able to answer my 100+ questions and made sure I understood everything. I highly recommend Jahmar especially if this is your first time buying a home.

I highly recommend Jahmar he helped me sell my house with ease he really took control and made me have a different outlook on realtors after being traumatized by a real estate agent in my very first buy. He made me feel important and involved at all times made things very easy. I had talked to multiple agents before I first spoke to him we just clicked and I could NEVER see myself working with anyone else EVER! Jahmar has been nothing but amazing as a realtor to work with. Granted I have done my research and met with multiple agents, he came more than prepared and importantly with a plan. During our initial meet, he thoroughly walked and check my house similar to how buyers will look at my place. From there he shared data of comps and information that can help me with my decision regarding price point. He has been honest and open with communication from the very start of the process, which is very important for me to make sure my expectation is realistic. The marketing strategy of my place has also been great…from the professional photographer, timeline of when we will go to market etc.. and then come his entire team executing and staying true to what they committed…even above and beyond I would say!
I got regular updates from the very beginning of the process up to my closing. There is nothing different I would have changed from my experience with Jahmar and team!

Jahmar is one of the best. Very patient, understanding, and really looks out for his clients best interest. He doesn’t make you feel pushed or pressured to go into a house or go through a sale that doesn’t fit you and your families needs. Every showing we went through he was always very honest and also was the first to point things out that needed fixed or might become an issue in the future. Jahmar was a fantastic realtor for us when my husband and I were selling our old house and buying a new one at the same time. When buying, he took us to all of the properties we wanted to see and sent us properties that fit the parameters of what we wanted. During showings, he gave us advice and was open about any issues he saw with houses we walked through. When selling, he did his research on other homes that had sold in the area and fought to get us the best price. He was quick to respond to any questions we had and we really felt like we had a partner throughout the entire process. He even has client appreciation events and I can tell that he cares about getting his clients the best deal. Working with Jahmar as our realtor felt more like working with a friend, which is rare in real estate. I highly recommend choosing Jahmar for any of your real estate needs.
