In 2003, I relocated to South Florida to be with my family that had migrated since the early 1980s. Having lived in New York City for over 30 years, I was ready for "The Sunshine State". We sold the Deli Business we had owned for seven years, the house in Westbury Long Island, and my wife and three children traveled for two days to West Palm Beach, Florida. I have never looked back. Its been Fun! I went to school to become an Appraiser but after three months working as an assistant I realized that it was not for me, so I went to school and became a Licensed Loan Officer. Two years later I went back to school and became a Licensed Real Estate agent. After selling Medical Equipment to the Hospitals in New York City for more than a decade and owning a restaurant and a Deli, becoming a Real Estate Agent has been the most rewarding profession I have been in.
