Imagine my surprise when I realized my home in Chapel Hill, NC sold for $103,000 over the listing price. Credit goes to my amazing realtor, Jaime Oliver, from Next Stage Realty. She brought her expertise to the process of selling my home that resulted in my good fortune. Throughout the time we worked together Jaime instilled confidence in me with her superb listening skills, as well as her professional and efficient work ethic. After her initial assessment made via home visit, she set routine weekly check-ins for the purpose of maintaining a line of clear communication where questions were asked and answered, suggestions and resources were shared, goals were set and meet in a timely fashion (always), and support was given. Additionally, Jaime has a collaborative team of skilled professionals with whom she works who provided a host of services for us: organizers, painters, movers etc. They all spoke of their respect for Jaime and they brought their “A” work to us knowing that Jaime expected and gave no less of herself.

The successful final sell of my home can only be attributed to the determined leadership and hard work of this exceptionally talented realtor, Jaime Oliver. Jaime sold a house for our family this month. She took care of everything with the help of her team-staging, painting, minor repairs, and more. The house looked terrific when it hit the market. It was under contract the first weekend at a much higher price than we expected. It closed with no issues 30 days later. In the interim, Jamie lined up movers for the relocation, handled the paperwork, and took care of all the usual logistics with the new buyer. Hiring Jamie and Next Stage was the best decision made during the move!
