Imagine my surprise when I realized my home in Chapel Hill, NC sold for $103,000 over the listing price. Credit goes to my amazing realtor, Jaime Oliver, from Next Stage Realty. She brought her expertise to the process of selling my home that resulted in my good fortune. Throughout the time we worked together Jaime instilled confidence in me with her superb listening skills, as well as her professional and efficient work ethic. Jaime sold a house for our family this month. She took care of everything with the help of her team-staging, painting, minor repairs, and more. The house looked terrific when it hit the market. It was under contract the first weekend at a much higher price than we expected. It closed with no issues 30 days later. In the interim, Jamie lined up movers for the relocation, handled the paperwork, and took care of all the usual logistics with the new buyer. Hiring Jamie and Next Stage was the best decision made during the move!
