Jaime is by far the best realtor I've personally worked with. She helped us buy our vacation home in lake arrowhead and I'm extremely happy with our purchase. She was very honest with the details of the property (good and bad), very knowledgeable about the local laws and regulations with short term rentals and had very good recommendations on how we could renovate and fix lot of the issues that came up.

She connected us with various specialty contractors (GC, arborist, termite inspection, home inspection), insurance companies, etc and even coordinated some of the inspections herself when I couldn't personally be there. She was always available to answer our questions, show us the property multiple times and always picked up the phone (even when she was on vacation). She gave us very good advice when it came to negotiating some of the credits with the seller and always had our best interests. She is truly a professional that really cares about her clients (sellers and buyers) and always has their best interest.

The entire process was seamless and my wife and I very much appreciate her efforts in helping us with this purchase. I highly recommend her for any real estate transaction.

Amazingly professional. Gave wonderful advice when listing our house. Helped negotiate through multiple offers and was attentive and went above and beyond in trying to get the deal done despite a completely unresponsive buyer's side team. A perfect example of her dedication and attention to detail. She hired one person for a 3d tour and listing pictures. After those were up (they were good) and after we had already received one offer she then hired another photographer to take different pictures because she wasn't perfectly satisfied with the first set. A bonus she is kind, funny, and honest. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a listing agent.

There’s so much I can say about our experience with Jaime. We instantly clicked from the moment we met in Lake Arrowhead. She’s professional, responsive, funny and most importantly when making this type of investment, she listens and is patient. I can sincerely say that Jaime went above and beyond to get us into our beautiful cabin despite the current world situation we are living. She made cabin hunting a wonderful experience for us by scouting cabins and using apps to give us virtual tours herself of several cabins we had liked online, and when the time came, showed us properties in person. We recently purchased a home with Jaime Stiansen. After viewing the property, we knew we didn’t have very much time to act, there were already multiple offers on the table. Jaime was very quick and never gave up, even when another offer was originally accepted. When the other offer fell through, Jaime took care of everything from start to finish and we closed escrow without any issues. She followed up on every detail.
