Thank god for Jake Maines! I do not even know where to start when writing this review because I can’t express into words how much he made the process of selling my home so much better then the two realtors I had prior to him. He was honest, knowledgeable, and EXTREMELY attentive in the whole process! Selling my home was not only an emotional process but a financial need and without him I do not know how I would have gotten through all of it. Jake solved problems and did research that was much needed in this sale and he got it done with in days where two other real estate agents had wasted 5 months with their so called “effort” and came up with nothing. I will refer everyone I know to him when buying and/or selling a home. Thank you Jake again for making this process so much easier for my family and I!

This was the easiest and smoothest real estate sale ever! Jake is awesome. He made everything so easy. He took charge immediately and left me with nothing to do but relax. He kept me updated regularly. Jake is driven by professionalism and customer service.

I chose Jake because he is eager to succeed in all he does. He is genuinely empathetic and was available 24/7 for any questions or concerns I had. I live out of state so that was a huge plus. He even did some minor repairs to a few things at the house. Don’t tell him I told you that!!

Jake was honest and transparent during the process and helped us get a house on the first house we put an offer in for!
