We have conducted both a sale and purchase with Jake in the last six months. Given the real estate market’s current conditions - Jake was critical to our selling and buying process. Specifically, Jake is timely, direct, transparent, and isn’t afraid to take ownership. There were a few bumps in the road as we purchased that Jake quickly took on and solved in a timely fashion. We were very pleased with the work he put in to make the process less painful for us. I continue to confer with Jake about real estate opportunities and ideas post our transactions closing. He is very well informed and thoughtful about his advice and insights. I highly recommend Jake and will continue to do business with him in the future.

Jake at Northrop Realty was knowledgeable, courteous, patient (very patient!), and punctual. We did not have the easiest time finding a home and had a few criteria that had to be met - which Jake successfully found. It was a pleasure working with Jake and we look forward to doing business with him in the near future.
