Jake Perpich

I'm a third-generation Realtor and lifelong Twin Cities resident with deep connections to the community. I graduated from Augsburg College and Bloomington Jefferson High School.

I've been a full-time Realtor since 2015, and my business is largely built on referrals from past clients, family, and friends. I enjoy helping my clients in a fun, easy-going way that can keep things exciting and comfortable in what can occasionally be a stressful time. Education, honesty, and timely communication are all integral parts of my business and I have a proven track record of providing transparency and having my clients best interests at heart. With a strong network of trusted vendors, I provide comprehensive support throughout the real estate process and beyond. My clients can count on me to be there for them long after their closing and to be a resource for life.

My expertise extends to thoughtfully analyzing market conditions, comparable sales, and market values. Being highly knowledgeable and a skilled negotiator, I ensure the best outcomes for my clients to meet their individual goals. With over 200 career homes sold, I have a proven track record of success. I work with clients in all phases of life and all property types – from first-time buyers, move-up buyers, downsizers, buying or selling investment properties, and building new construction. I have also been honored to work with clients moving to the Twin Cities from out of town, Veterans, and active service members.
In addition to my real estate career, I'm a high school hockey coach. I enjoy giving back to the community I grew up in and helping to instill the values of hard work, passion, teamwork and dedication in the next generation. Each season and each group of guys are different from the next and it’s fun to be a part of the natural ups and downs we navigate as a team each year. I am competitive to the core and maintain a passion to continue to play men’s league hockey, curling, and golf. In the summer months, I enjoy escaping to the family cabin on the Iron Range. I’m a proud uncle of four nephews and one niece, and I live in Bloomington with my golden doodle, Rudy.
