Jake Spence

Being born and raised in Delaware and spending summers in Ocean City and Fenwick Island, lifeguarding on the beach and working as a captain on the waterways, is where I found my love and passion for this area and all of its charm.

Since those days, I have lived in many different locations graduating from the University of North Carolina - Wilmington, where I received a BS is Business Management. I have also been fortunate to live in many great locales like Baltimore, Washington DC, Chicago, and Charleston.

I was ecstatic when I returned to the Eastern Shore, making it my home with my wife and son taking my entrepreneurial spirit and passion for homes to the world of real estate by becoming a REALTOR with the oldest and most established residential real estate franchise in North America.

I am grateful to be able to apply my expertise and local market knowledge to buyers and sellers alike, from first time home buyer navigating their way through the buying process to seasoned home-owners looking to purchase or sell a permanent residence or second home at the beach.
