Commercial investors please read: Jeff has now helped us to close three multifamily properties, totaling 91 units and ~$9.5MM. Most recently, in May of 2024, Jeff got us under contract on a 44 unit multifamily deal, which was at significantly less than the listing PP. Not only did he weigh in on the original analysis, but he negotiated a sizable credit after inspections, and navigated 6 addendums to get everybody to the closing table. Jeff made multiple site visits and formed relationships with vendors and the current management to get us a very transparent look at what we were purchasing. He went above and beyond in all areas as though it was his own deal, as he always does. In a tricky market, Jeff and Jama found us a property which is a major value add, and will cash flow from day one. As soon as this property is Stabilized and refinanced my first call will be to Jeff, who has a track record of finding us amazing deals. If I locate a deal myself, my first call will be to Jeff, who will get it closed and at the best purchase price attainable. There isn't a better investment out there, especially when the seller's paying commissions. I would be extremely happy to go into more detail by phone, just ask Jeff for my number.

I could not have asked for a better realtor than Jeff. He went above and beyond, especially since he had to work with us from afar. Because of him, we basically bought our condo site unseen. Very thankful for him FaceTiming with us multiple times. His service continued even after the papers were signed. From my initial inquiry 1 year ago to closing he was always there to help, answer questions, refer to vendors needed for insurance and repairs. I had not bought a house in 25 years and a lot has changed and I am in another state. We love our Cocoa Beach condo that we bought through our agents Jeff and Jama. We got a contract at the price we wanted and closed remotely in 9 days! They setup the inspection date and sent videos while on-site with inspector. This couldn't have been easier for us as we were not able to attend inspection. We even got a great homeowners insurance policy through 1 of 3 agencies that Jeff and Jama recommended. All in all a great home buying experience. It was such a pleasure to work with our realtor Jama Porter! My wife and I had no clue what we wanted to do while in search for a home. We tried looking at building a new construction, old duplexes, we put offers in on fix an flips, and we finally landed here at our new home! Throughout months of planning and looking at all of the different options Jama was very helpful and patient throughout this process. We tried looking at EVERY option for a home and we realized that Jama is very knowledgeable whether you are looking at a new construction or a fix and flip. Jama was extremely beneficial in the timely selling of our second home. She advised us in the preparation of the house to optimize a larger buyer pool and the maximum return for the current market.
