I am so impressed by the care and thoughtfulness that Jim Aldrich put into helping us find a home. Jim was patient and very attentive to the requests we had and far exceeded what we expected. He found us a home that we feel in love with and even though there was another agent and buyer for the home we wanted it feel through and Jim was on top of it and sealed the deal for us.
Jim Aldridge is someone you can trust and stays available even after the closing and goes out of his way in any way he can. He ran up for us one weekend to turn off the agriculture water source as we were out of town. He is kind and genuine. You can’t find anyone better to find you a place to call home.

It was great working with Jim Aldrich. It was the second house I purchased through him. His knowledge of the market in El Dorado County is extensive. With this knowledge and his contacts made the task of purchasing a home a lot simpler. When we were looking to purchase a new residence, he listened to our needs and assisted us in finding the right house.
In selling our old home with his knowledge of the market, he was able to get the best price for the house. After a buyer made a bid on the house, he represented us and kept us informed of what was happening until after the close escrow.

He is responsive, understanding, responsible, professional, personable, and also not afraid to tell you what you need to know.

Jim loves real estate and people and it really shows. You name it, and he can tell you about it. He has a serious wealth of knowledge about so many key things: the El dorado County area, buying and selling real estate, construction and contractors, land development, real estate investing, home maintenance, etc.
