My wife and I are both first time home owners , so this process was confusing and worrisome. We weren't really sure about what direction to go, but James made sure to explain everything to us and help us along the way. At no point did we feel that he was trying to take advantage of us or looking at us like a number. You can tell that he really loves helping people find what they are looking for in a home at a reasonable price. He was both professional and personable.

James was great to work with, I never had to worry about if or when he would respond. From looking at the house, offering and closing he was with us. He never made me feel pressured and he made asjustments/suggestions based on our budget. An honest and nice guy.

Working with James was not only a pleasure but the best home buying endeavor I could have gotten into. James fights for his clients and mentors them into making smart educated decisions. He helped me understand the market and make the right choice for me. He is will to not only go the extra mile for his client but educate and tutor them into making a decision that is best for him. He helped me get into my home with a hellish owner and HOA with care and grace and even fielded my concerns. I am extremely blessed to have worked with him.

James is the best! He was thorough and professional and great to work with. He kept us in the loop about available properties and always let us know as soon as a new one came on the market. He was honest and forthright- no games. After dealing with several other agents in the Charlotte/ Belmont area and being disappointed, we felt lucky to find James and have him guide us through the process of buying our first home.
