He is very knowledgeable and promptly answered all questions I had. He made the experience so enjoyable. My dad assisted me in my first home buying experience as he has bought many homes before and he was also very impressed with James. Thank you always, James!

My wife and I are both first time home owners , so this process was confusing and worrisome. We weren't really sure about what direction to go, but James made sure to explain everything to us and help us along the way. At no point did we feel that he was trying to take advantage of us or looking at us like a number. You can tell that he really loves helping people find what they are looking for in a home at a reasonable price. He was both professional and personable.

Working with James was not only a pleasure but the best home buying endeavor I could have gotten into. James fights for his clients and mentors them into making smart educated decisions. He helped me understand the market and make the right choice for me. He is will to not only go the extra mile for his client but educate and tutor them into making a decision that is best for him. He helped me get into my home with a hellish owner and HOA with care and grace and even fielded my concerns. I am extremely blessed to have worked with him.

He was honest and forthright- no games. After dealing with several other agents in the Charlotte/ Belmont area and being disappointed, we felt lucky to find James and have him guide us through the process of buying our first home.
