James Athanaspoulos

Mr. Athanasopoulos fosters and develops investor relations and strategic planning. He also manages the search, analysis, acquisition, brokerage, construction and finance components of operations. Mr. Athanasopoulos began his real estate career as an attorney at the Chicago office of Pircher, Nicols & Meeks. There he focused in many areas of real estate development, particularly in legal services for several national assets.

Mr. Athanasopoulos then became Co-Founder of a specialty finance company, which bought and sold over 1,000 properties. Now, Mr. Athanasopoulos specializes in investing in single family homes and multi-family dwellings. He has garnered expertise in all facets of the real estate market including legal services, property acquisitions, asset management, financial analysis, due diligence, brokerage oversight, construction, and financings. He received his Bachelor’s Degree in Economics, with Honors, from The University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. He received his Law Degree, cum laude, from Northwestern University School of Law. Mr. Athanasopoulos was awarded the 2015 Chicago Association of Realtors Good Neighbor Award, and is a proud member of the Chicago Association of Realtors and the Chicago Bar Association.
