James Belisle

Real Estate is in James Belisle's DNA. He is driven by the deal and the overwhelming satisfaction of helping people successfully navigate the art of real estate. His Grandfather and Father were successful architects, builders and real estate investors in San Francisco and the entire Bay area. His mother likes to tell the story about their first house, she wanted a cute little house with a white picket fence and his dad bought a two unit fixer. He goes on to say the upper flat paid the mortgage and they retired comfortable on the wise property investments they made.

James bought his first house in San Francisco at the age of 21 while still working as a landscaper with $50 in his bank account. He always says where there's a will there's a way. James is a native San Franciscan and has just returned home from 10 years in the Wine Country. He began his career in Real Estate in 1995 working as an assistant to 20 plus agents. In 1996 he began to sell on his own, by 1998 he was a San Francisco Top producer.

Buying property is by nature a stressful event, James' job is to make it as fun and painless as he can. His knowledge of the market and process is critical to a successful transaction.
