James helped us sell our home in no time flat! We were building and in a crunch to get things moved to our temporary housing so we weren’t paying two mortgages! He sold it at the exact price we wanted and in under a week! He also helped us learn about building by comparing current homes for sale versus what we could build, before we decided to build! I wouldn’t recommend anyone else!

James is a very hard worker. He’ll answer texts and calls within a timely manner. He’s easy to talk to and will work at all hours to make sure you find your needs! His negotiation skills are second to none. He helped immensely with the purchase of my home. He represented me as a buyer and got my home for a decent amount under the appraisal price. It was a great feeling purchasing a home and already having equity!

Five stars! James is a true expert in real estate! When my fiancé and I were scheduled to view a home, and the sellers had to cancel, within hours James arranged a different showing for the same time the first one had been scheduled. After immediately falling in love with the house and making an offer, we were advised that multiple offers had been made and that best and final offers were needed by 5pm that day. We asked him what he thought we needed to do to have ours accepted. With his expertise and experience, he was able to give us great advice and wrote up an offer that got accepted! He also has connections in the industry and was able to put us in touch with lenders, inspectors, etc. He was extremely professional and easy to work with! Also, he responded back to us extremely quickly anytime we contacted him. I would highly recommend him and will work with him again if we ever want to buy or sell a home!
