Thank goodness we hired James Cottrell to not only sell our home we lived in for over 20 years, but also to help us find our new forever home. James is knowledgeable and always took the time to answer our 100 questions. We braced ourselves for a rocky road on selling and buying a new home, but James made the experience fun and stress free. James marketed our home and sold it in about 7 days and negotiated far more than what we dreamed on a selling price for our home. It’s a sellers market so buying a house was a bit trickier. Thankfully James helped us navigate the shopping targets and when we fell in love with our forever home, James skillfully negotiated to make us the obvious winning bid. Knowledgeable, hardworking and caring are all words that describe James. James is an outstanding agent to work with.
