James is very on top of his stuff! Also respectful, organized, and patient, he is very proffesional. He has gone above and beyond more than a couple times to insure I got the right home that works for me for a great deal in a nice area. Always kept me upto date with eveything that was going on throughout the process, and has a great way of explaining things I didn't quite understand at times. Would deffinately recommend him to anybody in the area going forward.
