James Culleton

I have a B.A. in International Business and Marketing from LSB College in Dublin, Ireland. I moved to the U.S. from Dublin in 1998. After seven years managing and running high volume restaurants in the New York City area, I moved to Arizona.

Setting foot in Arizona, I continued to work the restaurant industry, managing high pressured restaurants until I opened my own place in 2007. I added a second restaurant in 2015 in downtown Phoenix. Both restaurants are still successful. Having grown tired of the late nights, I have decided to step into the real estate trade. I can assure my clients that I will provide the exceptional work ethic that has been instilled in me since an early age.

I recently bought a house in Arrowhead and can be found playing soccer, tennis and golf (very badly off my six handicap at Arrowhead Country Club). I love to get out and hike on the local trails most mornings with my two labradors. If you happen to pass me, be sure to say hello!
