James Daniels, CPA JD

James has extensive real estate and construction experience. Over the past 20 years, he has personally developed and leased over $100 million dollars in commercial and industrial real estate projects. As a contractor, he has built over 10 million square feet of projects ranging from large tilt up warehouses to multi-story buildings. He has a BS from Fresno State in Finance and a Juris Doctorate from the Laurence Drivon School of Law. Previously he was a CPA with the international accounting firm, Grant Thornton and prior to that, a commercial lender with Bank of America.
