James Duplissie

Jim brings a deep sense of responsibility to his role as a Realtor. His knowledge of the greater Portland real estate market and well-honed negotiating skills aid both sellers and buyers in determining their "right" price and best possible terms of sale. Jim's association with real estate goes far beyond helping clients achieve their goals. He has been active in buying, remodeling, and selling his own properties for over 30 years and has been involved in real estate since 1988, both as an investor and property manager. He currently manages three investment properties in the greater Portland area. Previously, Jim spent 20 years in marketing and photoshoot production at L.L. Bean. His responsibilities included managing million dollar budgets, organizing travel and accommodations for crews of 40+ people, hiring models, photographers and support personnel, all while navigating the many myriad variables involved with domestic and international photoshoot production. Originally from Northern Maine, Jim attended the University of Maine in Orono and now resides in Scarborough with his partner of 30 years. He enjoys gardening, biking, traveling and photography.
