James Fairchild

James is a native Texan and second-generation real estate professional who has called Dallas home since 2005. With more than 10 years of experience in real estate, James understands that for many, their home is the biggest investment decision they may make in their lifetime.

“I was attracted to real estate because of my parents. Neither was able to complete even their high school education but because of their investments in real estate, they were able to live and retire comfortably. I bought my own first home at the age of twenty-one. I was working full-time, struggling to pay for college, but I saw a pathway to financial stability through the power of homeownership.”

James loves serving buyer and seller clients in all areas of DFW with special emphasis on Oak Cliff and the surrounding southern Dallas communities. A resident of the Oak Park Estates community of Oak Cliff, James and his family are lovingly restoring their mid-century home near Kiest Park, where you will frequently find him exercising or walking their dogs. In his spare time, James is actively involved with his community, volunteering with local nonprofits, and recently, pretending to play softball with his church softball team.
